How Can severe Chest Pain Be Treated?

I have a burning pain in the arch of my right foot. Could it be a side effect from taking amlodipine 5 mg. And also taking chlorthalidone 25 mg. For blood pressure? I haven t had any injury to my foot. Like to walk but having trouble since this started.

burning pain in foot is due to neurological irritation.this is fue to
1)vitamin b12 deficiency- that will require vitamin supliments
2)nerve irtitation due to flatening of foot arch.-that will require orthopedic correction.
so treatment can be given only after the correct dignosis only.
